What's happening?

The last time we spoke, I was living in Athens, ministering to college students at the University of Georgia. Over the course of the year, through God's leading, we decidied to temporarily close the doors of "the journey". In short, this prompted a pretty significant transition for me personally. Now, I'm living in Deerfield, Illinois, and attending Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Making disciples is still thematic of my days and I am still with WDA. So all in all, not much has changed- just my zip code and maybe the amount of clothing I have to wear to keep warm! Through this blog, I hope to update you on what God is doing in my (little) part of the world. I hope that as I share, you will be led to prayer and praise of our most faithful God!

Continue to pray for the girls that you've been so feverently praying for the last 4 years: Sonya, Krista, Melanie, Jen, Samantha, Heather, Katie, Tara, and Tiffany. Pray for effectiveness in ministry (as many are ministering all over the world- from Georgia to Wisconsin to South Korea!) Pray that they would see potential in younger believers and disciple them. Pray for them to be strengthed by the Holy Spirit and to continue to grow in godly character. Pray that they would love sacrifically. Pray that they would be protected from spiritual pride. Pray that they would continually grow in their love for our Savior and the Word. Thank you for how you have served God, me, and these ladies over the last few years. Your prayers have been powerful and effective!
